That “when” happens when the enforcement mechanism for their will and their protection is no longer in effect.

No surprise. I hope by the time this reaches the SCOTUS that 0thugga is out and everyone he appointed and hired and everything he signed has been made null and void.

Don't ask Don't tell will be revoked.

The gays will use the military to get spousal benefits and housing PLUS health care.

They will then enter civil court and sight military precedent.

It is going to be messy and bloody.

I am so f-ing mad!! What’s the f-ing point in voting anymore, when some black robed tyrant can overturn an election in one fell swoop.

Yes, this ruling was predictable. How sad is that?

Citizens of California trying to uphold the sanctity of marriage as God intended are 'overruled' by a homosexual judge, and the leftmedia will cheer.

Young people have been brainwashed in public schools to see homosexual behavior as 'just another lifestyle' and cannot understand why anyone opposes 'gay marriage'. Their usual response to opposition to same-sex 'marrige' is: "who cares?" That is the problem. Fewer and fewer Americans 'care' about refusing to honor a sexual perversion with the sacred title of 'marriage'. The 'gay community's' relentless pursuit of 'marriage' laws that include two people of the same sex is bearing fruit (no pun intended). Our culture is turning into a sewer, and it seems that few really care anymore. If that proves true, we'll get the society we deserve. Sodom and Gomorrah in America? It's getting closer - and it won't be pretty.

We live in a Republic, not a democracy.

That means that the rule of law trumps mob rule.

And the rule of law is that you cannot deny people rights even if everyone but the one person impacted voted that way.

You don't have to like it, but it protects you too.

No, I’m implying that Iraq and Afghanistan are now [they may not have been initially, but that’s another argument] little more than distractions to keep people [citizens] from asserting their rights; after all, “don’t you support the troops?”/”How can you advocate cutting expenses when we’re at war?”/”We’re fighting to spread freedom to these other countries... you obviously don’t want people to be free!”

The same is true of the dismal performance of the media: the reality of what our ‘leaders’ are doing is completely-contrary to the indoctrination of society that those who are in authority are good [and the proof is that they are in positions of authority].

Overall, this “Breakdown of The Rule of Law” can be traced to one thing: the rejection of the “Law of Non-Contradiction.’ This is the axiom in logic that states that a statement cannot be both false and true at the same time. By rejecting this, they reject all logical thought and are free to exercise their power in whatever way they see fit; after all “truth” doesn’t REALLY exist do definitions cannot be firm... meaning that the law, because they can change the definitions at will, is whatever they say it is.

IOW, these distractions are to keep people’s eyes off the very real tyrannies that are going on RIGHT NOW until they can use the excuse “this is how it’s always been” to justify that you “really belong to the freest nation on Earth.”

Evil had truly descended upon our country. As much as I hoped America might hang on until 2012, things like this prove the cancer is terminal. I used the dread the thoughts of another CW, but now it looks like our only salvation.

This isn't about "rights", it's about using courts to try and force people to accept something unnatural as being natural.

Would they assign an openly polygamist judge to rule on a polygamy case? What about a proud pedophile judge to preside over a molestation case? It was absurd from the start that they gave the case to an activist queer judge. The fags made a big mistake because this is guaranteed to be overturned.

The America I grew up in, that brave patriots fought and died for, no longer exists.

I know how you feel. The America we knew is dead. We are just the pallbearers carrying the casket to it's final resting place.

Gay marriage, Open borders, death of the Constitution.

Liberalism's bastard children are squandering the family's inheritance. Another generation like this one and nobody will even know it existed.
