That the majority of California voters supported Proposition 8 is irrelevant, as fundamental rights may not be submitted to [a] vote; they depend on the outcome of no elections. At least the judge is honest; he considers the People to be irrelevant. All Liberals feel (not think) the same way as the judge.

In summary, the Constitution of the State of California,
which codifies rules that have been the law of the land
for all of our history is unconstitutional.

Ultimately, this will come down to what de facto Chief Justice Anthony Kennedy thinks. It is sickening to think that one person has that much power.

red herring.
corporations do not produce future citizens.
corporations do not give birth.
This is not about ownership or property.
This is about society continuing society and society rewards the institution not the individual
corporations are about individual reward.
even a childless couple proves the model.

I am having a hard time finding where same sex marriage is a ‘fundamental right’.......I am also finding that the majority rule in our country, as with some states, is being steadily overridden by minority rule. Anyhow, this judgement was tainted from the get go being the judge is a homosexual. =.=

To hell with that whole state. I hope an 9.0 hits, real soon. Your first clue that the "Big One" has hit will be when this website goes down. JimRob runs the thing out of CA.
In case there's another A-hole out there with a beer buzz and a keyboard waiting to rattle of another asinine comment about my state here's a map of the voting results for Prop. 8 The green states voted for it.

the judge ruled you have a fundamental right to love.
in essence you now have a right to be happy. not PURSUE but to outright be happy and to hell with the consequences.

The destruction of the family continues.
What will Americans do?
Piss ‘n moan for a bit, and then go watch TV.
You get what you are willing to tolerate, people.
But you’re all “above” that making a stink thing, aren’t you?
That passive, polite outrage thing worked when we had respectable people in office.
CLUE: There aren’t that many respectable people running the show now.
So, you’re outraged? Who gives a sh*t?

They have removed the ballot box and the jury box as a way of making ourselves heard. That leaves one box left for us to institute meningful change...

Judge is gay...
‘Proposition 8 places the force of law behind stigmas against gays and lesbians’
It didn’t impact his decision.
We are no longer a nation of laws...we are nation being overthrown by radical activists that have been strategically placed to screw us ALL over.

Before an S&G-type judgement, I believe the Scriptures tell us what other judgment will befall the evildoers: being given over to their lusts (complete immersion) and then bear in their bodies the due penalty. I believe that there will be such an unbridled wallowing in their homo-filth that will initially invigorate, and then curse them. Unbelievably, they will one day curse us for not telling them more forcefully of the due penalty for the lust that they seek. It will be an ironic and completely justice-filled day.
