Along with the secret service protection, her aides, friends and other hangers on, it is a wonder it was only one plane, if that is true. Are there no commercial planes available to fly to Spain that her highness has to use an air force plane anyway??

They would be required to fly on one of the WH jets...it is for their protection...every 1st Lady flies on these jets. When Laura Bush and her daughter Barbara went to Africa, they too flew on a WH jet.
