I know, I have been arguing this point for YEARS. I will never understand why humans want to be controlled, and why they so desperately want to control. It’s the same reason the Israelite’s demanded a King.
I wouldn't say that. Speaking for myself only, I would say most of us are not that familiar with either good or bad cops but still have some respect for the institution.
Try kicking your sandals at the police in a courtroom, donut shop or anywhere else then come back to the forum and complain how you were accosted by the police. Since you know so much about prison punks, when did you get out?

Of course there are LEOs that are just surprised as hell when I ask a question which implies that they might not have the authority they think they do.
