A few days ago Karl Rove was on Hannity. Hannity asked him about Obama pushing orders instead of legislation for amnesty.
He didn’t say it was wrong, or illegal, or even bad...he just said he didn’t think they could get away with it. IF he thought they could, he and Bush and Norquist would have done the same thing years ago. They had a congress that would have stopped it....Obama doesn’t.
I hope Rove is right about not being able to get away with it and you’re probably right about them not trying it for the same reason.
It’s down right maddening to hear people not strongly condemn legislating by the Executive branch.
