Former Federal Reserve chief Alan Greenspan believes Congress should let the tax cuts enacted by President George W. Bush expire for all Americans in order to address the widening deficit

There is ONE problem with this premise. Greenspan is "ASSUMING" that the RATs will take the extra SHORT-TERM revenue and apply it to the Deficit WITHOUT SPENDING ANY MORE!

The problem that MANY Americans see and feel right now is that the Parties have chosen different styles for taking more "revenue", but BOTH Parties have chosen to take the revenue increases and continue to SPEND THEM!

Wouldn't it just be nice for just ONE CONGRESS to establish a budget, collect the revenue, save some of the revenue if more revenue is collected than necessary and then SEND THE REST BACK?! And on top of that, STOP creating MORE government jobs and STOP creating MORE government programs!
