Based on actual experience, I have had many Jewish girlfriends. If there was prejudice against Christians they sure didn’t display it.

And, I was welcomed into their families, told the “in” Jewish jokes about Christians, and we generally got along pretty well.

The article describes very specific cases, not a general rule.

England is a notoriously anti-Jewish country? I take it you mean the recently-arrived population of Muslims there.

When Hollywood and the American media gets hold of this story they will defend Christians with a fervour that it will bury these scurrilous stories forever.

Nope. I mean just about forever. Long before the muslims decided to make Britain an islamic republic.

You’ll have to give me some examples of this reknowned British anti-Jewishness. I’m not sure what you are referring to.

Hollywood and the media are truly anti Christian, I’m not sure that it is even important to discuss their efforts in favor of or against microscopic minorities.

Do we even have enough data to reveal their views of Mormons and Jews, and Muslims, and atheists?

She could have converted to Jedi Pastafarianism for what is worth. Judaism doesn’t take well losing members of the tribe, and that goes double for women (Jewish status comes from the mother’s side).

How’s that different from other religions? Judaism doesn’t proselitize, conversions to are examined on individual basis, are hard and somewhat discouraged. Losing people through conversion means reducing the total number of Jews. Don’t expect for religious Jews to take this well.

Then you are either completely ignorant of history or being deliberately provocative. Either way, I know the history and if you want to, it is all over the web. Do the research. It ain’t that tough.

I ask you to provide a few example of some putatively common occurrence (British anti-Jewishness) and all you can say is "look it up" and attack me personally?

Let's hear some examples, o wise one.

Britain destroyed the Ottoman Empire and so allowed the state of Israel to exist.

That obviously makes us history’s greatest criminals :0)

What utter rot.

Until World War I the Land of Israel remained under the rule of the Ottoman Empire. During this period the Jewish population in this region lived as loyal subjects of the greater Ottoman Empire .
Jews fled there and were welcome there by decree to escape the inquisition in Spain, and they lived well and peacefully there.
The first postal office in Israel was in Petah Tikva and the stamp was issued by Turkey.

After World War I, the British Empire gained control of Transjordan and Palestine which ended in 1948 with the declaration of independence of the State of Israel.

Israel had to fight a war with Britain, (which had whipped up an arab frenzy against the Jews using nazilike peopaganda,) to gain her independence. Jews trying to enter Israel were held in british detention camps.
Talk about the truth being lost in revisionist history.

“Christian anti-Semitism, Muslim anti-Semitism, Christian Islamophobia, Muslim persecution of Christians – all of these are acceptable topics of debate. But not Jewish hostility to Christianity.”

Ah, the joys of religion! Are we having fun yet?

Not necessarily, I've found the support of Israel is almost uniquely American and Evangelical. The Christians of the Middle East (the one's that haven't been killed, enslaved, or immigranted out) 5 million strong almost universally are pro-Palestinian and hate Israel. They blame her for their persecution. Now, the ME Christians might just be posturing to 'buy' peace with the Religion of Peace' ROP nutjobs, but I doubt it.

Regardless of where you live, Christian's are always the ultimate victim, but that's the lot we are called to live.

Suffering for the time being, awaiting glory in the world to come.

Right you are ruination, however we have failed to comment upon the Jews for Jesus. They are openly attacked wherever they appear in Israel or Europe. Only in the US do they dare to open their mouths. Israel has a 10 year sentence for anyone Jew or Gentile prosteltysing to a Jew. Interestingly, without the USA there’s was once no Israel. Today, I think it’s the other way around.

I was once flat out told I was being fired because I was not Jewish. My name sounds Jewish, and I look Jewish, but I am not.

The company figured it out six weeks in, and the person that hired me came to me rather sheepishly and told me the owners didn’t want anyone who wasn’t Jewish working for them. I can imagine the conversation that must have been going on about me.

If I had been the sueing kind, I’m sure I could have made a good case. But I’m not, and frankly I was delighted to be out of there. They were crazy, and I mean crazy. Working there was a horror show.
