Yes that is it,vibro. I just looked it up. We used to have a house on Galveston Bay. We recieved a notice/warning about vibro from our town government. It listed all the cases that had been contracted in our area in the last year. there were quite a few and most had been from eating raw or undercooked local seafood. Several were from swimming in the bay with open wounds and one was from a couple having sex in the surf off Galveston Island. Guess where she was infected with it?

It tells me that the disease is really nasty and people don’t believe it is real. The disease (somebody help me with the name) exists in warm salt water and you can catch it directly from the water if you have a cut in your skin but I think it is rare.

The disease must end at the Alabama state line because they are alloyed to oyster all year long.

yeah, what’s that rule of thumb?
Do not catch and eat shellfish in any month which does not contain an R.

A small but welcome victory over the left’s endless scheme to impose scarcity on the American people.

Do not catch and eat shellfish in any month which does not contain an R.

They are better in the R months but are edible in the other months.

Look at West Texas - the ground water in some places up there is already salty.

Go to the FEC website and look at the individual donors for Travis Childers. Isn't Janice Strong from Wasilla, AK, the harpie that filed all of those lawsuits against Sarah Palin that resulted in her large legal debt and was primarily the reason she stepped down as Governor? How does a woman of modest means get so much money to file repeated lawsuits against a Governor and yet donate money to an obscure politician in Mississippi? Did the DNC just funnel money to Childers thru their operatives? Look at the lawyers on the list too...many of the ACLU. See how Childers went on the tax breaks for trial lawyers. Also, Did Childers stand up and applaud Calderon when he criticised the US for their 2nd Amendment and Freedom to own weapons?

OK then, you tell me why people are arrested for oystering.

Because they closed the reefs due to the spill and the oystermen went out anyway. They re-opened three reefs in Louisiana yesterday.

OK you eat oysters caught in the summer, I am not going to because vibro exists. My reason is a common sense rule that has been around forever (nothing to do with refrigeration) not a state OR federal law. The arrest were because of contamination from the oil spill you made it sound like it was a senseless law done for no good reason.
