If he tries this it will be the end of the Democrat Party - maybe not a bad idea.
This would be clearly illegal if the statutes that define immigration law are overthrown first - something Congress would have to vote on! The “absence of Comprehensive Immigration Reform” has nothing to do with it - the current law applies!!
I think American Patriots would swarm USCIS offices to prevent such a travesty.
