No apology necessasry, bear. Someday YOU'LL get to be in the eighth grade, too!! Just keep studying and working and . . . . . oh, yeah, stay away from your homeboys on Daily Kos and Dem Underground. Those two things, alone, should raise your GPA (grade point average) to 0.02 so that you'll have an overall GPA of . . . . 0.02.
Well, I can only hope that I will be in the eighth grade - again. Just so you will know, I have no animus towards the military. I come from a long line of veterans of which several have paid the ultimate. I am a Viet vet and have seen the elephant myself. Just don't get too sanctimonious, bravery and stupidity are two different things. I have personally experienced brave young men do dumb, dumb, things for which they paid the price. Chuck Yeager had a saying that he frequently quoted “there are old pilots and bold pilots but there are no old bold pilots”. Peace....
