Mike is a good friend. I voted for and supported him. Still, it's amazing to see what Lankford has been able to do. I think his momentum is only going to increase in the near term and his supporters are much, much more likely to vote in a runoff in my opinion.

Getting out your votes is the key to winning a run off...and too often the person who came in first gets beat because they are over-confident. I don’t think this will happen with a 34-33% advantage but the real work is just beginning!
