Mark my words, this case will be dropped.
That’s the way I see it.
The case will be dropped, the Colonel will be involuntarily separated, and the DOD will refuse to answer any questions regarding it. Not that there would BE any questions from the lick-spittle Obama lovers in the MSM.
Not only will the case be dropped but he will do time for refusing to go to Afganistan. If people would have done this during President Bush’s time people would not be praying for him but pleading for a long jail term. The liberals thought that the wars were illegal but we still expected them to deploy to Iraq and Afganistan regardless of their thinking. This is a very interstesting case and I can’t wait to see the conclusion.
Similar to when the judge dropped penalty fines for Mario Apuzzo, risking he would have access to discovery, as a hot potato. Wonder if Orly Taitz could have the same recourse regarding her 20K dollar$$ “fine” hmmmm???
