Someone born in the US of German parents, raised in Germany who never claims US citizenship, is not subject to registering for the draft.

I remember that thread as you got taken to the woodshed real good. Did the Supreme Court say that the young Steinkauler was a natural born citizen? No, they did not. The subject here is that my neighbor's son was born in Germany and not born in the US and where the German government made a claim for military compulsory service. Haven't your argued before that by being born in the US automatically makes US natural born citizens? Right?
