Someone born in the US of German parents, raised in Germany who never claims US citizenship, is not subject to registering for the draft.

I remember that thread as you got taken to the woodshed real good. Did the Supreme Court say that the young Steinkauler was a natural born citizen? No, they did not. The subject here is that my neighbor's son was born in Germany and not born in the US and where the German government made a claim for military compulsory service. Haven't your argued before that by being born in the US automatically makes US natural born citizens? Right?

Tough guys have been lying on the Internet for years. I’ve stated why I believe you are wrong, and it isn’t a matter where your error can be by accident. You are lying about the facts of the case.

No, wrong again. Someone who talks as tough as you should be a tough guy.

I’ve argued that those born in the US whose parents are here legally are US citizens. That is based on the 14th Amendment to the Constitution. I think WKA went too far, but their decision supported the idea that anyone born in the USA is a NBC.

However, someone born in the USA but raised in Mexico as a Mexican who never claims US citizenship is NOT treated as a US citizen. He is not taxed, not required to register for the draft, etc. He could at a future date claim US citizenship, and I’m not certain how that would turn out. But he would NOT be extradited to the US for military service.
