The only state of fiscal emergency that anyone in California will pay the least bit of attention to is the one in which California can’t make their bond payments, employee payments, entitlement payments, and income tax refund payments. Now THAT, will be a true state of fiscal emergency.
Handy tip for California residents: Don’t let the State of California over withhold your income tax.
Perhaps they can ship some of the AZ Mexicans into the state to help balance the budget? Send them to SF first.
