All illegals driving a car are also driving without a valid license and without insurance. Where do their license plates come from? They are also by definition employed illegally and unlikely to be paying income taxes or SS. They also may have assumed someone elses identity papers. That’s where we begin, much less getting to the flat out narco criminals.
So, what they are arguing is that it is no longer illegal to be illegal. If that is the case, then it should no longer be illegal to ignore the Feds.

Here's a puzzler: about 10 years ago a guy I worked with was stopped for not having tags on his license plate (this is in New Mexico, where you only have a rear plate). His plate had been stolen and replaced with a brand-new plate. The cop said the number on the new plate wasn't even in the system yet!
