Legal analyst on Fox is rambling, but they have said at least once that Arizona cannot require law enforcement to inquire as to immigration status, but not sure they are prohibited from inquiring.

Lots of rambling without getting to the practical effect.


MS Fox News is pro-Illegal Alien. Never did their lawyer talking heads mention that USC 8 series of laws already allow local law enforcement to determine whether an illegal alien is here in the country, legally

I infer from that that the Judge basically blocked a redundant law. Would that be correct?

...and if that is correct would that not mean that the judges blocking of that provision is completely irrelevant?
