I just wondered what ever happened concerning the court martial of Lt. Col. Terry Larkin. There seems to be little or no information on the Web about it. Strange.

My WAG is that when Ginsburg said that an Eligible President had two be born of two US Citizens in the US, the Federal Govt decided to wait.

Ah, so they are trying to throw him out of the army without risking a court-martial trial that could turn sour for Obama.

Which Ginsburg said that? It can’t be the one on SCOTUS.

You’re right. Probably Allen Ginsburg. Even under the influence he was more sane than what I’m seeing from DC.

Lakin has appealed the Army's pejorative and unfair OER that now recommends he in effect be thrown out of the Army, as the Army could do even if the Court Martial proceeding were dropped. This is becoming all too predictable. No trials, no evidence, no decision...no military leadership.
Their credibility is waning because of this. Way too many political hacks and appointees.
