If it can’t be repealed they need to refrain from funding any of the agencies set up to administer it. Let it wither on the vine. Refudiate it.

Yes I agree with you. That has been my fear all along. The republicans and many are crazy if they think it will all go back to normal if they take the house back.
This is exactly what O hopes and what he took that stimulus money for. 400 B can go around to buy back loyalty of many, many, 2012 voters.
