I get your point. I read the book a few years ago and this statement is in line with the book’s theme. At the risk of a flaming, I have no problem with some kind of programs for genuine African Americans, not Jamaicans, Nigerians, and especially certain Kenyans. And I would add something for Native Americans. But there it stops. Those two groups suffered at the hands of govt, everyone else suffered predjudice. If no programs for Irish Catholics, then no programs for Dominicans, or Muslims.

I say no ‘diversity’ programs for any of them. I’m not of the green Irish. Webb’s and my ancestors are the ‘Natives’ who were here in the early 1700’s, settling the over mountain wilderness.

Where does it stop though? That is the problem. Go read about the Pigsford claims at the USDA that Sherrod has milked into the millions.
