Likewise, although the dopamine-related correlation between cocaine use and Parkinson’s is fairly well established.
As far as Hillbuzz goes - these people are PUMAs... They uncovered huge amounts of information on Obama during the primaries (and later in the general) that was completely ignored by the ‘newsmen’ in the Journolist. Of course, much of this information was unverifiable - it is in fact where the “Whitey” tape rumors originated. Not to say that the things Hillbuzz uncovered aren’t true - but they are motivated by an extreme hatred of Obama (not just a dislike of his policies, but an actual hatred) due to the tactics his campaign used against Hillary (ie the New Black Panthers, calling Bill Clinton racist, saying she wanted Obama assassinated, take your pick).
Therefore, while their complaints about the media are totally valid (and for the most part proven) they cannot be mistaken for objective sources, and freely mix rumor with their facts. Clearly, they are far more patriotic and freedom loving than other liberals, democrats, and democrat-aligned independents, but it’s always safest to bear in mind that they are, in fact, liberals.
However, they shoulda also be considered allies, insofaras they believe Obama is terrible for this nation. However, that is because they want Hillary in his position. Heck, for that matter, I would prefer Hillary in his position. Of all the things she might be, at least she isn’t weak.

Nothing scandalous about having Ayers/Dorhn babysit the Obama children, other than Ayers was “just someone I knew in the neighborhood” according to Obama and the pair are unrepentant terrorists who ought to be serving time in prison rather than being college professors.
And there’s nothing unusual about Ben Smith doing this dance because almost every lib reporter will do the same thing. They simply refuse to report anything that contradicts their worldview. Just contrast the media’s interest in Matthew Shepard with Jesse Durkhising if you have any doubts.
In other words, all “business as usual” for the Left and I doubt any careers will be ruined, other than anyone who strays off the liberal plantation.
It’s a first for me, too.
