My guess is she sues a lot of people. Who wins remains to be seen. So far everything that I’ve seen of her shows her to be a fairly shrewd opportunist.
Whether she sues USDA or not, I'll wager Agriculture Sec. Vilsack announces his 'retirement' before years end. Wouldn't surprise me at all to see her fill his shoes. Probably be an improvement too.
