The farming cooperative disbanded over 20 years ago.

Disbanded? Try foreclosed on after being unfairly denied a loan.

Where did the money go?

The $13 million settlement went to members of the rural farm cooperative. Sherrod was a member of that group.

And was the cooperative really mistreated on the basis of race, or was it simply subject to the same “loving care” everybody gets at the hands of government agency apparatchiks?

A federal court found there was discrimination, specifically in the years 1981-1986 when the civil rights division of the USDA was closed.

You might want to read up on the specifics of Pigford vs. Vilsack before commenting on the outcome.

Your vaunted Ms Sherrod who actually got 300,000 of the 13 million awarded to her co-op for racial discrimination is a shakedown artist and is now preparing to sue Andrew Breitbart.

Does that make you happy too?

I'm not surprised to see you here defending a black extortionist for racial redress. I actually defended her myself for the tape being taken out of context but aside from that she is nothing but a socialist bigot seeking to get paid.

You can always be found on the "black" side here even if it defies conservatism. I will never understand why they give your little posse the pass they do here and good freepers get banned...probably at the bequest of your little gang.

Must be Reagan’s fault.
