This was pickled, and it wasn’t bad. I’d prefer a moose burger or the black bear ribs I cooked the other night, but would certainly eat it again! :-)

muktuk is an acquired taste, as is seal oil.

I'm fly with moose, salmon and all that - just never had a lot of opportunity to eat a lot of far North delicacies....
