Rush made the same mistake.. then acknowledged the importance of the audience later in the show.

Another talker was told right away by a caller and had this to say. The audience reaction was just a "natural human" reaction seeing some arrogant guy getting his comeuppance. That's conservative Dr. William Bennett, PhD who back in the 1990s along with Jack Kemp and Jeb Bush condemned me and the other 60 percent of California voters who voted for Prop 187.

They called us racist and bigots who ruined the Republican chances of being elected. The California Republicans became wannabe Democrats -- IMO the Party is controlled by Democrat moles -- and have won maybe three or four statewide elections since 1994.

Yeah, that sounds like Bennett. I Think I told you before that I believe that there is not one reliable talkshow host on the Salem stable.

Also, I think we could all suffer from whiplash from all the ways this Sherrod issue could ping-pong.

Whoa. At 44 minutes of the second hour, a caller got in your point william. He snuck it in!

And Savage downplayed it.

Which began the rapid disintegration and quality of life in California.

Arrgh. Jerry Doyle is saying, several times, that Sherrod was fired “for remarks she made 24 years ago.”

It’s a good thing that Doyle has a minuscule audience.

More evidence Bennett is untrustworthy. This is an excerpt from John Nolte's commentary.
At Big Government, Andrew Breitbart posts a story with accompanying video to make his case that a crowd at the NAACP — who had no idea they we’re listening to a story of reconciliation – quite obviously enjoyed Shirley Sherrod’s tale of a white farmer getting screwed because he was white. And in their first written statement, the NAACP agreed with Breitbart:
The reaction from many in the audience is disturbing. We will be looking into the behavior of NAACP representatives at this local event and take any appropriate action.
IOW, Even the NAACP saw and heard the reaction on the tape. But they and the media would shuck that down the memory hole (not sure how long that last link will survive). CLEARLY this is an fact we on the Right must not allow to be shoved aside.

Bennett chose to side with the Left in their attempted gotcha of Breitbart. I oppose Statists, but I detest closeted, duplicitous Statist collaborators far more. The collaborators are always telling the rest of to shut up.
