Not that Russia wouldn’t have anyway, but this is carte blanche for it to be an entirely one-way treaty.
The Alien president and his communist Democrat Party just signaled the Russians and the world that America is going to accept a militarily inferior status to Russia and anybody else. The Alien president has just demonstrated that the purpose of the arms treaty was to gut the American nuclear deterrent and surrender our nuclear wepons policy to the Russians and the Chi-Comms.
