Conservative Black Republican Congressional Candidate Thrown Out Of Cystic Fibrosis Fundraiser Because Big Donor Dems Object

You would think it couldn’t happen in America but it has. Retired Army Lt. Colonel Allen West is a conservative Black Republican. He was to be honored at an upcoming Cystic Fibrosis Fundraising Dinner in Florida, but the invitation was withdrawn because of pressure from liberal Dems who also support the Foundation.
Allen is running, (and running well) for the Congressional seat now held by far-left Democrat Ron Klein. The district, Florida 22, covers the east coast of Florida from Fort Lauderdale to north of Palm Beach. It is NOT a “Minority-Majority” Black district. Allen is a well-honored vet of the Gulf and a school teacher as well. His wife Angela has her doctorate. They are an incredible American success story.
The South Florida Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Society picked Allen and his wife to honor at their upcoming fundraising gala dinner. They were to be named one of “South Florida Finest Couples” at the Gala. In the process, Allen committed to raise $10,000 for the Foundation.
Everything was fine until two big time Dems who are supporters of the Foundation heard that Allen and Angela were to be honored. They threatened to cancel their support of the Foundation if Allen and Angela were allowed to attend and be honored. There is currently no proof that Dem Congressman Ron Klein approved the threats, but his fingerprints seem to be all over this. Many people think it is certainly a tactic that Klein and the Obama wing of the Democrat Party would certainly stoop so low as to use.
We do have the names of the rich Dem who made the threats, and an email trail, so this is far from finished.
The bottom line is that 12:10 today, Ms Chris Landshut, the well-paid Executive Director of the South Florida CF Chapter called Allen and “politely” asked of she could withdraw the Society’s invitation to Allen and Angela.
Because the Cystic Fibrosis Society was afraid of losing big donors, a Conservative Black American and his wife were NOT kicked to the back of the bus. They were kicked OFF the bus.
This may go very big. South Florida media is beginning to work the story and I would not be surprised if it quickly went national on Talk Radio.
I spend 30+ years in TV news. This is one of the lowest stunts I have seen yet.

It just adds strength and weight to the phrase; “Follow the money.”

It would appear that all of the finest couples are white.
My wife belongs to the Delray Beach Elks Club. Their main charity is the Cystic Fibrosis Fund. From what I’ve heard from the Elks around the bar, I’m sure they would be outraged at their charity being politicized like this.
