We gave the specific powers, yes. There’s nothing unconstitutional about unemployment benefits by law. You’d be laughed out of gradeschool government class if you mentioned the idea much less any court.

First - I have NOT mentioned unemployment benefits - I refered consitantly to EXTENDED benefits which are unfunded.

Secondly - please show me the specific power that congress was given to FORCE me to pay for insurance I do not want.
