You don't know how many “Bush tried to warn us of the housing crisis and CRA” threads that I posted those videos of GWB promoting loans to poor minorities with bad credit for affordable home buying. Calcowgirl found me a whole set of government press releases with Bush taking credit for homeowners with bad credit buying houses they couldnt afford that I used many times.
Obviously democrats always had progressive homeowner goals but what many Republicans cant admit is that Bush and other progressive wRepublicans in office furthered the same goals (and how many minorities voted Republican in 2006 and 2008 for this?) They hate when you counter their myths with facts.
