“These a$$holes take turns mounting a phony opposition. Bob Dole, Al Gore, John Kerry, McLame is simply the most obvious Prez candidate ever.”
////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

I won’t argue against the theory, it certainly seems the case but do you really believe Gore was a phony opponent? I think they really believed Gore would win, at least with their fraud operation. He did get the majority of the popular vote and if people in his own state of Tennessee hadn’t refused to vote for him he would have been president.

Actually it seems to me that the Republicans have a hard time finding a way to lose sometimes. GHW Bush acted as though he couldn’t wait to retire and was just going through the motions against Clinton, Dole, who can be found on video making some masterful speeches performed like a wooden dummy and still Clinton only won a plurality of the popular vote, they had to have Ross Perot in the mix to get Clinton elected twice. I sometimes think W was elected by accident, as I said if Gore had carried his own home state he would have been president. How many candidates can’t carry their own state?

I agree that Gore is a special case, and your question is a valid one. When I was thinking of the phoniness of the candidates, there was simply no way I could leave out Gore because of his phoniness in general.

Beginning with Gore's speech pattern, through his invention of the Internet, up to his AGW scams, how in my right mind could I have omitted him from any list of phonies?

But wait, there's more.

Prior to Gore's run, any question of voter fraud was on the part of the DNC. (Well, Sanchez' theft of Bob Dornan's seat was abetted by Newt Gingrich, but we are talking about ruling class and not any one party, right?) After that,

  1. there was always talk of the selected Prez and how he really didn't have a mandate. That made it so much easier for W to grow government and never get conservative stuff done. Think of promises never done:
    1. tort reform.
    2. eliminate dept of Education (and other Fed reductions)
    3. privatized SS
    4. [fill in the blank]
    5. Defend the Beck decision (aiding unionized conservatives)
    6. Defend the borders (not promised, but expected as normal)
  2. Suddenly paper ballots were unreliable. Haggling cads readily saw hanging chads. Paper ballots in Florida designed by a Dem dominated bureau, worst outcome in a Dem dominated voting area. Prime for group hysteria. Phony, Phony, Phony -- and primed for a case of group hysteria where everyone suddenly thought they blew it.
  3. That ushered in the era of electronic voting machines of the type Hugo Chavez makes available. Did I mention phony?
If Gore didn't win the election, his side won the voting rigging game for the ruling class.

From Lee Iacocca’s book: “Where Have All The Leaders Gone?”, he writes, quote: “Am I the only guy in this country who’s fed up with what’s happening? Where the hell is our outrage? We should be screaming bloody murder. We’ve got a gang of clueless bozos steering our ship of state right over a cliff, we’ve got corporate gangsters stealing us blind, and we can’t even clean up after a hurricane much less build a hybrid car. Bur instead of getting mad, everyone sits around and nods their heads when the politicians say, ‘Stay the course.’, unquote!!!

Now with have an oil spill instead of a hurricane, hmmm???
