Thank you, Sarah Palin

I would like to take this opportunity and thank the author who has taken note of our successful fundraising quarter. Every donor is a blessing and symbolizes the hope I hold that we can and will get our country back on the right track.

However, I would respectfully disagree with some points when it comes to former Gov. Sarah Palin’s fundraising ability. It is important to recognize Palin’s effect on our fundraising numbers. Our successful fundraising is due, in part, to the fact that she dedicated her time and efforts to come to Minnesota in April to help my reelection campaign.

My race wasn’t the only race that Palin worked hard to raise money for. She’s lent her presence to raising money for nonprofits and political groups, as well as other candidates. Her effect on all aspects of politics shouldn’t be undersold. We are all grateful for her support of constitutional conservatives around the nation.

As to my campaign’s fundraising, I know House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) has a very different plan for my life — something other than serving in the House. Pelosi is no small threat. This is why Palin graciously agreed to make me one of the first 2010 candidates for whom she campaigned.

To say the Democrats have targeted my race is a massive understatement. They have an array of ACORN/SEIU/EMILY’s List workers and the benefit of millions of dollars in far-left money reserved for my defeat.

I led and organized, with congressional colleagues, the emergency house call on Congress last November. More than 10,000 people from all 50 states converged on Capitol Hill and walked the halls of Congress, demanding that members vote down the government takeover of health care. Unfortunately, Pelosi and President Obama did what they wanted — not what the American people demanded they do. They passed government-controlled health care, which will likely become “Medicaid for all.”

In a recess appointment last week, Obama appointed Don Berwick as the new head of Medicaid and Medicare. He gave us a glimpse of America’s future under Obamacare — and a frightening picture of reduced options and care.

In a taxpayer-subsidized health care plan, with 50 million additional people, $500 billion cut from Medicare and no new doctors, government will most assuredly tell many of us “no” in the future when we, or a loved one, need care the most.

Pelosi and the Democrats have targeted me specifically to silence my voice in repealing Obamacare and rolling back the spending and tax increases about to come our way. I can’t wait to defeat their bad agenda.

Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.) serves on the House Financial Services Committee.

How very gracious and right of Bachmann to so recognize Palin’s contributions to her campaign—and many others.

Wait a minute! Is Bachmann attacking pissant? Didn’t pissant post a thread recently about a liberal site harping on the fact that Bachmann raised more money than Palin as some sort of lacking abilities of Palin? LOL!

My dream:

Palin— Bachmann—Liz Cheney, all in the White House — 2013

My nightmare:

Dems remain in power, Obama wins another 4 years and we go to a full out civil war.

With the reduction of reimbursement to doctors that took place effective June 1, 2010, any one with an elderly parent had better be aggressive in making sure that they get the care they need.

Let me give you an example, your mother goes into the hospital ER because she fell down and twisted her knee so badly that it needed to be checked out. A blood clot has formed, so she must stay while they give her clot busters. She is expected to have full recovery and able to continue walking with her cane (she uses this mainly just in case she stumbles).

They have discover that she may have a tumor in her abdomen. Her kidneys will not tolerate the dye required for a contrast ct scan.

However, an MRI could settle the question. The dr. says well, at her age, is their any point to the MRI, because who knows whether she would survive the operation anyway.

The only medication your mom takes is for hypertension and a pill to help her relax at bedtime. Her kidneys function at about 65% and will probably last the rest of her life. She has lived already to be older than 80.

What do you think is happening here? Do you think the doctor is reluctant to make every effort because he knows that he and the hospital are going to be in the hole monetarily?

This question is bound to be in everyone's mind, if they are on medicare.

Sarah is going to trounce the marxist, Obama, in 2012. Here's why...and more and more Americans of all stripes, creeds, and colors are coming to recognize it;

The undisputed difference between Barack Hussein Obama and Sarah Palin.

Barack Hussein Obama is anti-American and committed to fundamental change that transforms our nation into marxism.
Sarah Palin is a red blooded American who loves liberty, our way of life, and our constitution and is committed to them all.

WHAT SARAH PALIN REPRESENTS AND HOW SHE TRUMPS LIBERALISM IN 2012

SARAH PALIN ON IMMIGRATION IN HER OWN WORDS

...and here's some help for her in detailing the portion where the southern border is secured and enforced:

A COMPREHENISVE PLAN TO SECURE THE SOUTHERN BORDER

“She’s lent her presence to raising money for nonprofits and political groups, as well as other candidates. Her effect on all aspects of politics shouldn’t be undersold. We are all grateful for her support of constitutional conservatives around the nation.”

This is it in a nutshell. Sarah has help raised more money than people realize.
