Funny, but I always thought that schools should focus on teaching our children subjects like reading, writing and math. Not so, evidently! That’s for fuddy-duddy, old school philistines. Nowadays, with those things called Progress and hopeandchange ™, our children are being taught about oral and anal sex and “fisting.” Often under the guise of abstinence programs and without the consent, or even the knowledge of, their parents.
Montana is just the latest example of where this dangerous sexploitation of your children is occurring. Included in their new proposed “health” curriculum:
By fifth grade, they are taught there are several types of intercourse, and by the sixth grade, the draft document states that students should, “Understand that sexual intercourse includes but is not limited to vaginal, oral, or anal penetration; using the penis, fingers, tongue or objects.”
Fifth grade. That is 10- and 11-year-olds. Sixth grade, 11- and 12-year-olds. I’m far from a prude, but I don’t care to discuss anal penetration with objects and, in fact, run screeching from my computer screen when sent to Urban Dictionary and coming across such a topic. Yet, our 10-year-old children are supposed to be able to handle such discussions? Worse, people think that they should have such discussions?
In kindergarten, the new curriculum proposes that those five- and six-year-olds know the proper terminology for body parts, such as penis, scrotum and testicles. You see, it’s far more important that they don’t use the word “pee-pee” and that they are sexually knowledgeable and empowered, at age five, than that they know how to spell their own names and count to 20.

Big deal. Folks showed up to a meeting and had their say. So what? That’s not progress. That’s just feeling good about having your say. Let us know when something really changes for the good. THAT would be progress.
In the town we lived in at one time there was a sex ed in health curriculum issue that came up. People showed up to BOE meetings in droves for months, they brought in expert testimony to show how harmful this was going to be to the kids, the school superintendent advised the school board NOT to vote it in and you know what happened?
The board did it anyway. And come election time the following year, the same guys were voted back in again. It died without a whimper.
That cemented our decision to homeschool.
Nothing is going to change. You will not fix the system. And sadly, your kids will be affected by this.
Sending children into schools that teach this kind of stuff is child abuse, plain and simple.

In all honesty, while my childhood memories have faded, this crap makes both myself and the boss (known to externals as the wife) sick to our stomachs.

You know, it used to be that if a 5-year-old knew about anal sex, Child Protective Services, prosecutors and so on would assume the child had been sexually abused.

If the local naive Christian svelte blond mother-of-two teacher won't do it, the fat, ugly, non-Christian, kinky-haired, Birkenstock-wearing, braless principal or "Health" teacher will do it. And if they aren't available, schools invite teams of "experts" from Planned Parenthood, GLSEN, SEICUS or the local AIDS action project to the schools to give these lessons.

Also...There are so-called “conservative” and so-called “Christian” teachers who claim that they teach in the government schools “for the children”. Hog slop! They are doing it for a paycheck and pension.
If these so-called “conservative” and so-called “Christian” teachers really loved their students and really loved teaching they would be doing everything possible to get as many kids out of these government cesspools as possible, and working to shut as many of these moral pits of depravity down!

I wish my holier-than-thou, self-regarding UberChristian sister-in-law had gotten that message long ago, instead of inflicting liberal hell and raining crap on our family.
