Wow, Napalitano is an idiot, an ultra-moron. He completely ignores the fact that we were (and are) at war.

For the first time in the history of the Republic, the Supreme Court extended habeas rights to non-citizens collected by military forces on foreign soil. It's a decision that we'll regret - if we all live that long.

If this is the kind of legal advice that's going to be offered by FNC chief legal analyst, it might be time to turn the channel.

Put down the crack-pipe Andy, and enjoy retirement someplace else.

Geez, can't the current folks in the Administration focus on the job at hand?

Napalitano needs to tend to her own knitting. She's done ZERO since she's been at the helm. But then that seems to be the MO for all of Obama’s appointments.

He seems to be having a meltdown, if he were a woman I would suggest Lithium pills, he’s unbalanced.

Napalitano knows better.

I suspect that he likes the attention that comes with being contrary to reasoned thinking and opinion.

No surprise here.

The Judge holds the same crazed view about Bush and Cheney that his fellow libertarian Ronpaul/Randpaul hold. Buncha loons!

Napolitano was calling Bush a ‘Felon’ as early as a year ago:

Napalitano has an extremely odd hairline for a man of his age; not a trace of male pattern baldness.

Male pattern baldness is caused by testosterone.

Ergo, Andy is a pussy.

Wait.......

THE Judge Andrew Napolitano interviews Ralph Nader, and it's Judge Napolitano who says that Bush and Cheney should have been indicted???

What am I missing here? It it Opposite Day? This makes no sense whatsoever to me.

Please don’t be so hard on Andy. You know it’s gotta be that plastic hair cap he wears that has warped his mind.
