For the first time in the history of the Republic, the Supreme Court extended habeas rights to non-citizens collected by military forces on foreign soil. It's a decision that we'll regret - if we all live that long.
If this is the kind of legal advice that's going to be offered by FNC chief legal analyst, it might be time to turn the channel.
Put down the crack-pipe Andy, and enjoy retirement someplace else.
Napalitano needs to tend to her own knitting. She's done ZERO since she's been at the helm. But then that seems to be the MO for all of Obama’s appointments.
He seems to be having a meltdown, if he were a woman I would suggest Lithium pills, he’s unbalanced.
Glenn Beck’s mentor
I think this is ANDREW, not Janet.
yes bush created this war and pass patriot act waiting in the wings, just the facts please
I suspect that he likes the attention that comes with being contrary to reasoned thinking and opinion.
.
He has always struck me as goofy.
The video is of ANDREW Napolitano, not JANET Napolitano.
I think he’s related to Chief Wiggum.
I’ve met him and seen him speak in person. He’s a phenomenal legal mind and a great presenter.
That's sarcasm, right - in addition to being grammatically incorrect?
Let me guess.......Ivy League elitist??????????
Andrew “Eddie Munster” Napolitano......STFU!
They are referring to Andrew Napalitano:(
I am willing to cut him some slack. If I had to speak as often and on camera as he does I am sure I would say some weird things but he does get rather enthusiastic about specific things that strike me as odd.
This is a rather extreme position. Historically, non-flagged combatants were often killed outright. It is a big leap to make the conclusion that he did based on history and accepted international law.
The Judge holds the same crazed view about Bush and Cheney that his fellow libertarian Ronpaul/Randpaul hold. Buncha loons!
Napolitano was calling Bush a ‘Felon’ as early as a year ago:
