The video is sealed until the coroner's inquest in September. BTW: As for action beating reaction, here is a perfect example According to the libertines, action will never beat reaction. If that is true, then why wasn't this hostage taker able to stab and kill his victim prior to being shot by the policewoman? This is the reason that police do not wait for guns to be pointed at them before initiating a response. The law doesn't require it, and doing so would be a deadly mistake.

Yes, I agree. These three cops were in danger after their initial ambush of Erik Scott. He may have been able to bruise them severely with his piece that was in a zippered holster.

After they shot him with the second volley, they should have kicked him till they broke bones, just to be safe...
