Could the F-15 SE be delivered by 2013 and what is the cost difference from the F-35?

The F-15 is cheaper than the F-35. The cost of the F-35 per plane was well over $100 million. The F-15SE cost $100 million dollars per plane.It seems to me that production of the F-15 will begin by 2012.

The stealthy F-15 are about $100MMM, while the F-35s are about $150MMM
