There is nothing specifically wrong with employing speechwriters,
the problem arises when the speechmaker leaves not a shred of credibility to the concept of ‘judging a man by his word’, as he had no intention to perform any of the actions proscribed in the speech,
which is the case in the Zuckerman written , Obama delivered speech.
Zuckerman wrote words he did not believe, words delivered by Obama that he did not intend to back, to an electorate too naive to respond with appropriate outrage at a politician in a supposedly democratic republic outright demagogueing (sp?) and propagandizing in front of the electorate.
This is an outright hostility against democracy, liberty, and the civil and human rights enshrined in the Constitution and various declarations of Human Rights.
Zuckerman continues as a demagogue with a large loudspeaker, Obama continues as the most dangerous mafioso regime in the world.
I have my doubts that Obama has written any of his speeches.
He seems to be more of a reader than a speaker. The times he has gone “off teleprompter” have resulted in stumbling and stuttering and fumbling.

In most of the Anglosphere, it is common practice for media editors to work for their partisan politicians in such a capacity, the partisan relation is explicit.
The facade of the Columbia School of Journalism agitation that the American press is unbiased is no longer operative, it just takes time for this realization to propagate outward to the heathen masses in flyover country.
Change your argument, it’s not “why is Zuckerman not explicitly stating these relationships?”, the question is, “why is there any argument that American media ownership groups are non-partisan, and who dared opine that such is the real politik in this country?”
Katie Couric and Brian Williams write speeches? I'll bet she didn't even write her own orders when she worked at Pizza Hut!
