Probably he would be a small time criminal defense attorney. He already has failed at politics and I don’t see this guy as any kind of corporate attorney.
Could you see him doing his "kill cracker babies" schtick in a murder trial for one of his clients? I think the judge, even if black, would just call in the bailiff, and immediately sentence the perp and this doofus to death.
