According to an article posted at my Yahoo mail site, one reason for the terrorists (who apparently come from Somolia), is that Uganda has soldiers in the international/or pan African? peace keeping force stationed in Somolia.
Sure, and you can also blame the 1,400 years of Islamic terrorism since the 7th Century on Israel, too, along with continental drift and the demise of the Dinosaurs.

No, no,no. This is clearly the result of our (US) illegal and immoral occupation of the Sacred Soil of Uganda; which we all know was done to steal their OIL.
We must immediately bring our troops home from Uganda. Every time our Air Force wantonly bombs a Ugandan village, or a SEAL battalion massacres a Ugandan wedding party, it merely is used as a recruiting tool for Somalia terrorists.
