Is there a living human who possesses an IQ lower than Holder?

What university gave this loon a law degree?

Oh, forgot about quotas.

Personally, I believe in my heart that there is a real question of HOLDER facing the death penalty

Holder and his boss are terrorists sympathizers.

Holder’s working overtime on his legacy—”The Selective Enforcement AG”.

Just when you think that the AJ has reached the lowest level of absurdity, he enlightens us with an entirely new phase. He is not an AJ, he is a limbo player...how low can you goooo.

So let me get this correct.

The reason that the terrorists will be tried in a civilian court is because there is some issue about the military tribunals having the authority to impose the death penalty? Correct?

I guess the World War II military tribunal that tried the Nazi saboteurs didn't sentence to death all but one or two of the defendants.

Remember, this AG and his Justice Department are opposed to the death penalty.

Lets see, again, take it way from the uncontrollable military tribunals and put them into a hand picked civilian court that will not impose the death penalty.

THAT'S THE TICKET!!!

Eric Holder is doing his job exactly as he was hired to do it.

Why complain about Holder when his every move is sanctioned by the White House.

Why do you think Obama picked Holder?
Why do you think the Black panthers were turned loose?

This is the Hope and Change Reparations Administration that Farrakhan has have dreamed of for years.

Don’t think for one minute that Farrakhan , Rev. Wright, and Obama arent all in this together.

hmm, I wonder if Holder would hold the same opinion if it were Timothy McVeigh being tried in a military court?

People who commit real crimes, (the New Black Pampers) go unprosecuted.

People who are convicted of real crimes (this guy) go unpunished.

But the TEA PARTIERS. THEY will be SEVERELY punished.

I fully expect that KSM will be acquitted or somehow get off on a technicality due to Holder and Obama’s bungling of these trials. KSM should have had his neck stretched and be swimming in a sea of eternal fire a long time ago.

This is what happens when a prime defense attorney for the terrorists becomes the prosecuting attorney in the sane series of cases following the election of a radical community organizer as President. Anyone who is surprised by this has been asleep.
