I wouldn’t trust this administration with something like this as far as I could kick it. I never had any trouble with the mail-in absentee ballots when I was active duty and I spent a lot of time overseas.

Scratching my head as to what the potential problem is here... sounds like a regular mail-in absentee ballot. What am I missing, a tinfoil cap?

Huge opportunity for voter fraud. I personally witnessed the “early voting” fraud at the LA county recorders office in the Obama election, they were handing out ballots like trick or treat candy, no ID required, just fill out a form, claiming homeless status was a valid ID, I saw several (black) persons turn in a ballot and go back and get in line

This should not be hard to do and verify... It would be very easy for DOD to set up a system that requires CAC (Common Access Card) login in order to vote. This would be a very secure way for every service member to vote no matter where they are in the world.
