Can Eric Holder be impeached? Theoretically, he, like other appointed officials approved by the Senate can be. Practically speaking, with this Congress, No Way In Hell. Maybe the Congress elected in 2010 could, but we haven't seen much action like that out of the 'pubs. Rather than impeach Billy Jeff for his crimes against the Constitution, they could only get him on obstruction of Justice involving his rather sordid sexual escapades. Even then, Scottish law was invoked, by a Repubican, to forestall conviction in the Senate, that and the Senators refusing to even look at the evidence. Sort of like the Courts are doing with the evidence that BO is not a natural born citizen.
A better attitude would be "Hear all, see all and speak out for freedom and liberty, if you want to live in peace."
They won't of course, and there will be no peace.
Somehow we have to get the Republicans to realize they HAVE to confront this - even if the media won’t be their friends - because we the people are fighting for the very survival of this country.
I think they have no clue what people are thinking, beyond what the media tells them. They don’t know that America is increasingly waking up to the lawlessness. I think that’s why Scott Brown was elected, even in MA. Of course, DC didn’t read the tea leaves since the dems went on to keep excluding Repubs from the lawful procedures so they could pass healthcare reform via reconciliation even though it was much, much more than a budgetary issue.
I think the DOJ sources have come forward because they do recognize that America is sick of this crap. We need to keep shouting out that we’re mad as hell and not going to take it any more because that DOES embolden sources to come forward with the truth, and it DOES get the urgency we feel onto DC’s radar (at least for those who are willing to hear).
