“The State”, just for clarification, is the general government. In our country, it would refer to the federal government more than the states.
“The State” has the legal monopoly on the use of lethal force to impose its will on the populace.
I wonder why blacks don’t realize that Asians and Hispanics live in this country too. This isn’t about just whites and blacks. Will the Pampers turn on Hispanics and Asians and expect them to just give in, leave, and drop dead?
