This kid was shot in the head, while laying face-down on a train subway platform. Accidentally?

The cop should be given life in prison as far as I’m concerned. Whatever the kid had done prior, he was face-down and clearly NOT a threat. The cop had NO business pointing the gun at his head; he could have knelt on the kid’s back and secured his wrists, and called for backup.

I saw the video of when it happened. I believe it was actually posted out here at the time.

The Cop said in the courtroom testimony that he confused his Gun with his Taser; well if that’s the case, I don’t want ANY cops like him on the street with life-or-death decision making powers ANYWHERE NEAR ME. If some F***ing moron with a badge can’t tell the difference between a Taser and a firearm, HE/SHE SHOULDN’T BE ALLOWED TO CARRY EITHER ONE, much less make instant life-or-death decisions.

Murder is murder; this was clearly NOT 1st Degree (premeditated), but it was still murder, and not the lesser manslaughter charge.

And as far as the rioting in the inner cities goes, you’re spot on...it doesn’t take much. Just look back at ANY big city...Newark, Camden, Detroit, Watts in LA. Any excuse that can be found and the dregs of society run amok.

My point, complete with images, was there is not a large city in the U.S., including all the large cities in Georgia, without gates/bars on windows.

Even many small towns now have stores with gates over their windows.
