Translation: "No on Prop 187 and No on the Law in Arizona."
This reflects the sorry state of our state.
Maybe she should just pour some gasoline on her foot next time and light it on fire.....cause she is toast and most definately a RINO.
From her own website...
CUPERTINO - The Meg Whitman for Governor Campaign has launched a Spanish-language outdoor advertising campaign as part of a comprehensive outreach effort to California's Latino voters.
The Spanish-language ads appear on billboards and bus stops in several Southern California and Central Valley communities.
One ad reads, "MÁS TRABAJOS," or "MORE JOBS." A second ad features a quote from Meg Whitman, "NO a la Proposición 187 y NO a la Ley de Arizona," or "NO on Proposition 187 and NO on the Arizona Law."
"This represents the next step in our continued effort to communicate with Latino voters," campaign spokesman Hector Barajas said. "While these ads help clear up some misconceptions, Meg Whitman understands the importance of our Latino community and the need to get all Californians working again."
The campaign encourages voters to visit the "Latinos for Meg" webpage at www.MegWhitman.com/Latinos. The webpage is a one-stop site where Latinos can stay up to date with the latest news and happenings from the campaign trail, ask questions of Meg and learn ways to get involved in campaign activities.
I personally hope she loses. Though a RINO to the core, the ugly fiscal meltdown and probable bond default in California next year will be blamed on conservative policies and Republicans, though there are virtually neither in California politics.
I heard the same thing when Obama ran against McCain. I cannot disagree more. The lib democRATs are tyrannical communists. Even a RINO is better.
Sounds like another traitorous BWitch, in Shrillery’s mode, to me.
I don’t care who wins as long as it isn’t BROWN.
If you don’t live here keep your ideas to yourself .
I hope so too, for several reasons.
1: I dislike the idea of her “buying” the seat, regardless of her party.
2: She’s a RINO of the worst kind.
3: I believe CA is on a collision course with a mathematical problem that has no solution, meaning its budget. I don’t think it can be avoided. CA has to crash and burn. And I want a solid slate of Democrats in office when it happens. At the very least, it might produce a teachable moment. Might.
The insult to me is it’s in Spanish. What kind of country doesn’t require it’s inhabitance to learn at least a single common language!?
I had claimed I was undecided on whether I’d be voting for Whitman this year. I’m no longer undecided.
actual translation: vote for Jerry Brown
RINOS are the good communists??
I lived in California my entire life until quite recently and I continue to have a financial stake in the state’s welfare. As a prior poster state, the problem is an insurmountable mathematical one of spending versus revenue. If Whitman wins the election, she will raise taxes and more taxpayers and business will flee the state, further reducing the revenue base. Neither she nor Fiorina have the principles or the sheer guts of Christie in New Jersey. Let’s have this conversation again next year. I think they both will be elected and they’ll both sell us out.
Note: Let’s also keep disagreements cordial. This isn’t the DU or Huffington Post.
It’s so much better to allow liberals to be elected than vote for RINOS. You know that the libs are the enemy and you’re free to attack them. RINOs are trickier because once elected they are harder to oppose as they are one of our own. And you never know on what important piece of legislation the RINO will stab you in the back.
“How do we keep getting idiots like this here?”
she was put up by Pete Wilson and Mit Romney.
She’s a liberal pile of crap!
I’m voting for the child molesting queer Jerry Brown!
This billboard had to be put up by a past or present opponent of Whitman.
NOBODY is this big a scumbag, not even Whitman.
...Right?
