I wonder if Elena Kagan knows about Sakineh Mohammadi Ashtiani.
Ms. Ashtiani is about to be stoned. That’s where they bury you up to your chest and hurl rocks at you until you die. The rocks can’t be too big. You see, this is real torture, religion-of-peace torture. It’s the kind that happens every day but that Democrats prefer not to talk about. With stoning (or “lapidation” as the press gently call it on those rare occasions when it is mentioned at all), the ordeal must not end too quickly. Otherwise, it might not make the right impression, as it were, on the victim — the sinner — and the community at large.
Had the solicitor general heard about Ms. Ashtiani’s plight, one imagines, she’d have told her to get herself to the nearest courthouse and seek the protection of the law. Alas, it is pursuant to the law that this barbarity will take place. The stoning of this 43-year-old mother of two has been ordered by a court in her native Iran, where the only legal code is Allah’s law, sharia. It is the Islamic sentence for adultery, the crime to which Ashtiani confessed after serial beatings by her interrogators.
During her a stint at the Clinton White House, we now know, Ms. Kagan struck the pose of a champion of women’s rights — at least if you weren’t an unborn girl. So fierce was her devotion to the cause of “reproductive freedom” that she subverted science in the service of abortion on demand — specifically, to preserve the partial-birth abortion procedure, which exceeds even stoning in its ghastliness. She then went on to Harvard Law School where, as dean, she became the champion of sharia.

Elena Kagan and the entire Democratic party are pure evil. They have no problem with any form of murder or cruelty unless it’s against their criminal and terrorist friends. Innocents are fair game to them.
This is an excellent article. This Islamic Finance Project and the people behind it are very scary, and I was unaware that Kagan was not only supporting it but working hard to gain acceptance of shariah in the US system.
This is something that, to my knowledge, really didn't come out in the questioning, or perhaps wasn't reported if it did.
Thanks for posting. It’s hard to fathom how gays and gay sympathizers are embracing sharia, yet there it is. Republican senators were too PC to question Kagan on the issue.
To be technically accurate, she was flogged for her confession of adultery, but then they later accused her of trying to kill her husband, and that is why she is being stoned.
I’m certainly not saying I believe the charges, or like the sentence. Just adding to the information.

This one’s easy. Many of those gays and gay sympathizers are committed leftists, and one of the core strategies of the left is the use of the “useful idiot” to act as a fifth column undermining your opponent. In the same way that the left looks with condescension at Christians and conservatives in this country, they also look at Islam as just another opiate of the people - but they also know that Islam is willing to wage war against the West, too. So the left will let Islam commit carnage and chaos until the left is firmly in control. The left understands that Islam has a lot of chutzpah, but no organization, and little technology that hasn’t been taken from others. If you think belief in God is the sign of stupidity, then Islam is the pinnacle of dumb. When the left wins, then the bombs will drop throughout the Islamic world and their usefulness will be concluded.
I’d also guess Islamists are also thinking the same thing about the left in the West, too.
It really seems like leftists USE the term of freedom, but don’t really understand it. They claim to want freedom to live a gay lifestyle, to have free sex with no (even natural) consequences, to want rights for every tiny group they can find.
But they overlook all the freedoms their controlling legalities eliminate.
Has anyone heard anything in the MSM about this?
While we may not be able to stop every evil atrocity committed by a foreign government against it’s citizens, we sure as hell can make alot of noise about it!
The creation and use of the word "lapidation" for stoning is one of the most staggering acts of ferocious evil I have ever witnessed.
