Arizona should counter-sue the United States.
They are stirring up nothing but disgust and hatred. Rush their big lawsuit against a sovereign state but they can’t decide where to try KSM. Priorities are upside down, and indie out.
Excellent - straight to the Supreme Court.
indie - inside
The wise Latina will know what to do.
Glancing through it and I see a lot of arguments using existing laws THAT ARE NOT BEING ENFORCED!
If it is unconstitutional for state law enforcement officials to report violations of immigration law to the federal government, should it also be unconstitutional for state law enforcement officials to report threats against Obama to the federal government?
Or is Obama more important than all American citizens combined?
This could be a can of worms for the Obama regime that drags it down to the point that it is politically neutered.
There should be tons of lawsuits against the Los Federales and Congressmen and other govt. officials over dereliction of duties.
Arizona should secede! F this POS administration and the feds!
“Arizona should secede! F this POS administration and the feds!”
No, this is a states’ rights issue. States of like mind need to unite on action.
Well, well well-— look who blogs at HuffPo:

“I’m not a pushy person. But when I tell you that I’ve been a vegetarian for fifteen years and that my husband Mike — a lifelong carnivore before meeting me — is now a vegetarian who salivates whenever we walk by a Wendy’s, well...you might get the wrong idea.
I maintain that Mike’s path to vegetarianism was, like my own, based on a moral opposition to the inhumane treatment of animals. As he often explains, “Why should I hurt something that never did anything to me, if I don’t have to? Although I can’t tell you how much I miss bacon.” Okay, so maybe he’s not the best advocate for vegetarianism. This became all too clear one night over dinner with our vegetarian friends Jacob and Rachel.
As we dined on a plate of crisp greens, Mike and Jacob reminisced about the last time they’d had meat. They spoke with the same wistfulness as two guys recalling their bachelor heydays.
“So, do you remember your last time?” asked Jacob.
“December ‘04,” replied Mike. “You?....”
Those in D.C. who refuse to follow the law to maintain do so for no other reason than to remain in power illegally.
In addition to punishment for not following the law and deporting the invaders, DUh-bama and his fellow LIEberal traitors should be impeached and promptly imprisoned for not building the fence...it’s in the law too.

But oddly, their claim is that their Federal law allows for their Federal law to NOT be inforced...Therefore, Arizona is violation of Federal law by enforcing Federal law when it hasn't been dedcided whether it should be enforced...
It’s amazing how we are somehow supposed to believe that the the same federal government that has abandoned their responsibilities outright, has the audacity to claim that the states have no recourse to perform these responsibilities themselves. It would be like if we had a national garbage collection service that went on strike but it was illegal to haul your own trash to the dump because that was supposed to be “the government’s job”.
