Sarah Palin is replacing Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad as the face of a media campaign pushing the Senate to enact sweeping climate change legislation.
The former Alaska Governor and 2008 Republican vice presidential nominee is part of a three-stage advertising campaign sponsored by the American Values Network that seek to sway momentum inside the beltway. Palin's face, along with the "drill baby drill" mantra and an image of an oil-soaked bird, will be used on bus advertisements within the Beltway as well as in an online campaign. “It’s time for a smarter approach,” the banner proclaims, calling for support of clean energy and climate policies
The ads from the American Values Network,a faith-based group that boasts former Democratic National Committee Chair Don Fowler and former Maryland Lieutenant Governor Kathleen Kennedy Townsend as among its advisers, begin running Tuesday.
This follows a similar bus and online campaign in mid-May featuring Ahmadinejad. “Iran makes a killing every day we wait,” that ad states, with the word “killing” emphasized and a pile of money laying in front of a barrel of oil. It updated an initial ad in the campaign using the same words accompanying a distorted oil-drenched BP corporate logo and a dead bird.

Yet according to reports, Obama stands to make over 85 million dollars from this disaster after selling his stocks in BP 2 weeks before the well blew. Hate to sound all tin hat here, but there sure are alot of strange happenings surrounding this spill. ‘Happenings’ that the media would be in meltdown mode were it to happen while President Bush was in office.

“Goldman Sachs wasn’t alone either in its astute “foreknowledge” of the collapse of BP’s stock value due to the Gulf disaster as BP’s own chief executive, Tony Hayward, sold about one-third of his shares weeks before this catastrophe began unfolding too.
But according to this FSB report the largest seller of BP stock in the weeks before this disaster occurred was the American investment company known as Vanguard who through two of their financial arms (Vanguard Windsor II Investor and Vanguard Windsor Investor) unloaded over 1.5 million shares of BP stock saving their investors hundreds of millions of dollars, chief among them President Obama.
For though little known by the American people, their President Obama holds all of his wealth in just two Vanguard funds, Vanguard 500 Index Fund where he has 3 accounts and the Vanguard FTSE Social Index Fund where he holds another 3 accounts, all six of which the FSB estimates will earn Obama nearly $8.5 million a year and which over 10 years will equal the staggering sum of $85 million.
The FSB further estimates in this report that through Obama’s 3 accounts in the Vanguard 500 Index Fund he stands to make another $100 million over the next 10 years as their largest stock holding is in the energy giant Exxon Mobil they believe will eventually acquire BP and all of their assets for what will be essentially a “rock bottom” price and which very predictably BP has hired Goldman Sachs to advise them on.
Important to note is that none of this wealth Obama, Goldman Sachs, and other American elites is acquiring would be possible without this disaster, all of whom, as the evidence shows, “somehow” knew what was going to happen before it actually did, including the US energy giant Halliburton who 2 weeks prior to this disaster just happened to purchase the World’s largest oil disaster service company Boots & Coots”. Ya know, if these folks ever rode a four wheeler behind a wheat combine or walked the corn rows immediately after the harvest, they would NEVER ALLOW! another such harvest due to the ‘carnage’ to small mammals and reptiles.
If they really knew the numbers of large and small game killed by vehicles they would NEVER ALLOW! vehicles to be driven again, due to the carnage to animals.
Oh, and wind mills for electric power are just death by trauma to hundreds of birds and bats. Oh, they don’t matter ...
Oil spills DO cause real harm to wildlife, but they are the exception, not the rule.

The left wrongly assumes that they can use the BP oil spill as leverage to justify Democrats enacting the odious Cap and Tax bill that will pretty much finish off the U.S. economy. That won't fly, especially just 120 days before the congressional election.
The 'Palin is stupid' meme has been used relentlessly against the former Alaska governor (by her political enemies) but hasn't really stuck, despite constant attempts by late-night TV comedians and unemployed leftist bloggers (living in their parent's basement) to reduce Sarah Palin to a punch line. Like Ronald Reagan, she pushes through the lies and belittling with her own sensible words and bright personality. Sarah Palin's popularity is high and she is much admired by millions of Americans. Her advice to 'drill baby, drill' and by doing so, utilize America's oil resources and decrease our dependence of 'foreign oil' makes perfect sense - and most Americans realize this.
As usual, only those on the left, who always like to pretend that they're 'brilliant', don't get it. They never will. They're preaching to the liberal choir and their silly bus posters won't change much - but Sarah Palin will sell more books. I love it!
If we drilled on land instead of a mile deep offshore, we could “plug the hole, daddy”. Sarah wanted to drill in Alaska.

I assume you mean to add the 100 million to the 85 million in the event that Exxon ‘aquires’ BP.
That would bring Obama possible profits at the death of the Gulf to 185 MILLION. All of this and crickets from the corrupt American press. Thanks for your post.
I recommend you put all your holdings into the same mutual funds as Obama. That way you’re both guaranteed to get rich.
Does anyone on the left ever listen to what People say? Drill baby drill does not mean off shore drilling even Sarah has said this outrigth but they still insist on lying about things. Seems the left only knows how to lie it’s rather obivious they don’t know how to do anything else.
It is almost like they caused the Deepwater Horizon disaster two days before Earth Day, just so they could shut down all off shore drilling.
