I long ago came to the conclusion that the RNC is primarily an employer that sells no product and employs people to make annoying calls at 9:00 PM to generate money to pay said employees. Anyone who responds to the late evening phone calls gets their name placed on lists that are sold to other candidates and organizations who then employ people to, etc. etc. The RNC also employes people who are paid to open envelopes containing checks and responses to the surveys. Those employees process the checks to pay the RNC people, throw away the "Official Survey", make a note of who the suckers are so they can be approached for more money, and sell more lists of names of suckers, etc. etc.

I am proud to be the official Plymouth Area check donor in charge of reflecting the mood of the people in the Plymouth Area in the official RNC surveys of official donors. My many friends are in awe of my ability to shred those requests and keep a firm grip on my closed checkbook at the same time. The results of my own personal Plymouth Area survey are that the RNC can pound sand and I have reflected those results in my survey results.
