Jefferson wanted to be remembered as an architect, naturalist and linguist, not for his political contributions.
Thomas Jefferson would be considered a great man absent his entire political career. Add his contribution to our Founding and our Freedom, and he is a stellar figure on the world stage, let alone in United States history.
But modern schools need to kill him off, make him insignificant, if they are to be able to brainwash children in preparation for communist ascendancy.
